The on-line registration for the 2011 Rotary District 6220 Governor's Conference is now available.

We hope you are ready to Set Sail for Door County to celebrate the past year of Building Communities and Bridging Continents.

If you register for the FULL Conference by February 15, 2011, you are eligible for a drawing for a 2 bedroom suite for the Conference, plus you will receive your choice of one of two gifts.

Early registration is encouraged to ensure your tour option(s) as there is limited space on certain tours.
For you convenience, we have embedded your personal log-on data values into the link below, to make logging into the District database even easier than ever before.  If you have a security level of 5 or higher, you can only be taken to the main login page and must manually enter your personal log-on data.

Just click on the "Register Now" link below, to go directly to the District and Club database (DaCdb) and land on the Event Registration screen for this event in the Calendar.  You will be logged into the district database, which you will see underneath the Registration Screen window.

ALSO NOTE: If you click the "link" below to register, and nothing happens,
"Do you have a Pop-Up blocker?",
-or- "Did you hear a 'b-o-i-i-n-n-g-g-g' sound?"
You must allow"pop ups" for this domain, and you can "temporarily override the system" by Holding down the [CTRL] key while you "click" link below.

"Come Join Us" song and video

A wonderful way to tell the Rotary story has actually just been released by singer, song writer, motivational speaker and guest speaker for our District Conference in April, Jerry Mills from Marquette, Michigan.  Jerry along with Rotarian and digital storyteller, Bob Gallagher, from Windsor, Ontario, have created an amazing music video called “Come Join Us”.  Jerry said he was inspired by the work of Rotarians from around the world and wrote a song to honor all Rotarians for the great work we do all over the world for those less fortunate than us.  This song was debuted at the Central States Rotary Youth Exchange Summer Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan this past July and was an instant hit with Rotary International President, Ray Klinginsmith.  At his request, the song was professionally recorded and produced in Nashville, Tennessee and will serve as a new theme for Rotary International’s Awareness Campaign.

The music video is available on the Rotary International website and has been translated into all the major languages.  I invite you to view the video at   http://www.vimeo.com/17540224   and share it with others.  If you’d like to download the video, you may do so at   http://www.jerrymills.com/rotary/.
